The challenge was to move from a functional prototype made by the company for an initial feasibility study to a well-designed product using mass production technologies such as plastic injection. In the design stages we were required to take into consideration simplicity of assembly and simple production in order to preserve the final product's target price without, of course, abandoning the innovative look that the device must exude. The interior of the device includes printed circuits and an air pump sealed to prevent noise and vibration. The entire device is designed with flowing lines that make it easier to keep clean and prevent the buildup of dirt and grime. including a solution for the fast attachment of a battery pack.
